Tax Day TEA Party 2010

Thank you all for coming today, thank you for standing up for our great nation that has blessed us all with her riches.

I got up this morning with an overpowering need to write this speech. My first.

I believe that “We the People” means every person, young and old, born and unborn, each and every one of us.

I believe that “of the United States of American” includes every citizen and every State.

I believe that our Founding Fathers gave everything… their wealth, prosperity, and their lives to “form a MORE perfect Union” for us their children’s children.

I believe that they saw a need to “establish justice” where they saw none, and that would “ensure domestic Tranquility”.

I believe that our Founding Fathers interpreted the Federal Government’s role to “provide for the common defense” as protecting its citizen’s from all enemies foreign and domestic.

I believe that they wanted to “promote the general welfare” for all by encouraging everyone to improve their lives and surroundings NOT by taking over and suppressing vitality.

I believe that “secure the Blessings of Liberty” meant just that… we are to guard the liberty that we have been blessed with.

Only We the People can give it away.

We have done just that! By voting for those who fervently strive to take it away TO enrich their power hungry egos.

I believe that our Founding Fathers intended to include us, this generation as well as themselves with “to ourselves and our Posterity”.

For the first time in history, “We the People” put the power IN the people, and we chose to “do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America”.

In all things I praise God. Thank you Lord for letting me live my life, in so many States and Countries, all over the world.

Thank you, for all of the Blessings you have given to me.

I can tell you what it is like to live in a Communist country and a Socialist country. I can tell you what it was like to come back to the United States when President Carter was in office and I can tell you what it was like when President Reagan was in office and how very different that was.

I can tell you what it is like to walk into store after store and see all of the shelves empty…

I can tell you what it is like to live in a country where you have to bribe a doctor to see you…

I believe that “We the People” have one chance to stop our nation from becoming a third world slum that all will flock from.

Now is our one chance to say “NO”. Now is our one chance to say, “NOT NOW! NOT EVER”.

The Constitution was given to us, to our country, to our nation, by the blood and the courage of our fore fathers. I suggest we use it.

Reputation is what other people think we are ~ Character is what God knows we are

Welcome to CLEAR 4 TEA Party!

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party movement was started by people of all political parties who oppose out of control spending, voting for and signing legislation without reading or deliberating, and the take over of numerous industries by the Federal government. We are pro-Constitution, and have a love for this country and democratic ideals. The "change" from this administration to a socialist platform of government was not what we were thinking, hence the explosion of Tea Parties across the nation.

CLEAR 4 TEA Party (Constitutional Liberties Equal American Rights) was born from the need to let our voices be heard after the "Tax Day TEA Party" in Honesdale, on April 15, 2009. To continue the TEA Party movement we are applying for a non-profit 501 (C) 4 status for the purpose of promoting the education of the United States Constitution and the Right to Freely Assemble with the use of Freedom of Speech.

We believe in due process, a government run BY the people, and FOR the people. Big government has done only one thing: It has created BIGGER messes.

We believe we are our brother's keeper, a Judeo-Christian credo that has set us apart from other nations, and a credo along with "God we trust", that we, as citizens of this nation, have always honored and resent our government trying to change. Regardless of our religious differences, it is a standard that has served this country well, and ethically, we need to return to.

We hope you will find this site a wonderful resource in keeping informed of current events and upcoming TEA Party events and actions.
